Conducting Exit Interviews of Employees

We conduct exit interviews so as to hear from an employee who is leaving, the reason for his leaving. We can also ascertain whether the Employee would consider continuing and what are the point the management needs to consider for this. Frank opinions about the job, the management, the organisation can be got from an employee who is on the point of leaving.
Good feedback and suggestions got , can be considered by the management for further improvement. After talking to the employee who is leaving, a full fledged report will be submitted to the management.
